Operations Manager with 15 years of work experience in specialist and managerial positions in HR teams of large systems and consulting industry (Idea, Mercator S, Roaming Electronics & Tehnomanija). In our team, she operationally manages internal and external associates.
She is a graduate of Human Resources Manager and one of the leading Executive search consultants in Serbia for the Adriatic region (industries: pharmacy, manufacturing, FMCG industry, IT, banking, metallurgy…). She is highly specialized in managing the following HR processes: Analysis of the company’s organizational model, Corporate culture and and internal communication, Performance management and Talent management.
