Born in Belgrade in 1977.
Milenko gained the necessary knowledge to manage HR processes through many years of corporate experience in top management positions in the largest domestic and foreign companies in the country.
He has built his corporate career in large systems such as MPC Holding, Banca Intesa AD Belgrade, Knjaz Milos AD, IPS Media, Hemofarm Stada, Credit Agricole Bank and Roaming Electronics.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, as well as a large number of completed professional seminars and certificates in the fields of HR Management, Organizational Development, Strategic Management, at home and abroad.
His expertise lies in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Transformation of Companies, Introduction of Effective Employee Performance Assessment Systems and Improvement of Corporate Culture in Companies.
