Milenko built his career in managerial positions in the largest domestic and foreign companies in the country, such as MPC Holding, Banca Intesa AD Beograd, Knjaz Miloš AD, IPS Media, Hemofarm Stada, Credit Agricole Bank, Roaming Electronics. He founded Key Solutions consulting in 2011 and since then, the Company has recorded constant growth and development and has become one of the leaders in the consulting industry in the Region.
Milenko has a degree in economics and completed his Master’s degree at the IEDC Bled School of Management.
He is an accredited business coach with a large number of completed professional seminars and acquired certificates in the field of HR Management, organizational development, strategic management, in the country and abroad.
His expertise is related to the areas of human resource management, organizational transformation of companies, education of leaders and management teams, introduction of effective systems for assessing the work performance of employees, improvement of corporate culture in companies.
